This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all digital products, including Unity source code projects, purchased or downloaded from PlaySourceCode.net.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from PlaySourceCode.net, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, PlaySourceCode.net grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased Unity project subject to the terms below.

This license allows you to:

  • Use the source code for personal or commercial projects

  • Modify, customize, and reskin the project

  • Publish compiled games (APK, AAB, EXE, IPA, WebGL builds, etc.)

2. What You ARE Allowed To Do

You may:

  • Modify the source code for your own projects

  • Use the project in multiple games under the same license owner

  • Publish games created using the source code on app stores, PC platforms, or web platforms

  • Earn revenue from games built using the purchased project

3. What You Are NOT Allowed To Do

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the source code (free or paid)

  • Upload the project or parts of it to other marketplaces

  • Claim authorship or ownership of the original source code

  • Share files publicly (GitHub, forums, Telegram, Discord, etc.)

  • Use the project to create competing source-code products or templates

⚠️ Important: Redistribution of source code in any form is strictly prohibited.

4. Single Buyer License

Each purchase is valid for one buyer only (individual or company).

If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or team, the license applies to that single legal entity. Sharing access outside your organization is not permitted.

5. Support & Updates

  • Support is provided as described on the product page

  • Updates, if offered, are provided at the discretion of PlaySourceCode.net

  • We do not guarantee lifetime updates unless explicitly stated

6. No Ownership Transfer

This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the source code to you.

All intellectual property rights remain with PlaySourceCode.net or the original creator.

7. Termination

This license is automatically terminated if you violate any part of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must:

  • Stop using the product

  • Delete all copies of the source code in your possession

No refunds will be issued in case of license violation.

8. Liability Disclaimer

All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

PlaySourceCode.net is not responsible for:

  • Any loss of data or revenue

  • App store rejections

  • Third-party service issues

  • Improper use or modification of the code

9. Legal Enforcement

Unauthorized distribution or misuse may result in:

  • License termination

  • Legal action

  • Permanent ban from PlaySourceCode.net

10. Modifications to Agreement

We reserve the right to update this License Agreement at any time. Continued use of the products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
